The game was not really a free flowing game as there were a fair few agricultural challenges on players which slowed the play down. At times the match did get quite heated with the referee seemingly a little too late to stamp out the spot fires that were appearing from these crude challenges.
The opening goal culminated from a rather soft penalty which left many on the sidelines baffled and scratching their heads. However the visitors slotted in the penalty to open the account.
There were more pushing passages of play from the hosts which was a contrast to what was occurring before. More open play was beginning to take hold and were looking threatening. Ellenbrooks hard work had paid off and found an equaliser. However, this was erased when Jaguars found a second to finish 2-1 winners.
Now, the food. I was rather thirsty so I did end up ordering a corona, which was at a decent price of 6 dollars. The weather was rather warm and the beer went down a treat for the occasion. I ordered chips with gravy and Id say it would have to be up there in the top 10 venues who have served chips with gravy. The chips were crunchy and golden, the chips were deliciously well seasoned with salt and the gravy was rich, thick and just utterly delicious. It was 5 dollars and the quality was just fantastic. I highly recommend you venture out that way.
