Dockers Sink Kangaroos in Bunbury

This time I had actually made it to the match. I had tickets last year, only for personal family issues to prohibit me from going. A shame as that was an exciting 10 point win. Already from this sentence I have foreshadowed what will be written about the match and the whole experience for a North Melbourne supporter. While they are not going to be finals contenders, it is good to see them showing some positive signs for turning things around after what has been a rather frustrating and painful six seasons of being whipping boys during the regular season. However, there would be no positivity today as North Melbourne were reduced to mere roadkill at the hands of Fremantle who are looking mighty strong this season. Fremantle are going for their 11th win in a row and are looking like a massive contender for the 2026 premiership. Now I know that this could potentially be the kiss of death as Fremantle have been at the butt of many premiership jokes over their 31 year history, though I am sensing something is different here. It feels that they have been making strong moves to be far more physically and mentally tougher than before to finally grip both hands of the premiership cup and to finally unfurl the flag in Fremantle.

 

With that all said, the day was a lovely bright and sunny June lunchtime weather in Bunbury. The air was cool, crisp and a sharp winter's breeze rolling through. Making an ideal day for Aussie rules football down in the south west of the state to showcase AFL football. The ground was packed, over 13,000 were here and a healthy number of North Melbourne fans, though a huge contingent of Fremantle supporters had made their way from Perth as well as the surrounds to watch what would be a clinic from the premiership hot favourites.

 

The first quarter was a close affair with North Melbourne putting up a fight against Fremantle, then at the start of the second quarter it was very much still the same with North Melbourne pushing and remaining competitive. With them just nipping at the heels of the Dockers by just being a kick out of the contest. However around the 10 minute mark it all went horribly wrong for North Melbourne and the rest of the game was going to be an embarrassingly one sided affair.

 

The rest of the match was simply all Fremantle. They kicked 19, yes 19 unanswered goals and simply took North Melbourne to a clinic of how it should be done. They were simply disgraceful that I am without words to describe what had unfolded in front of my eyes. It was just a tragedy on such a massive scale that AFL pundit Garry Lyon described it best that it was just an incredible performance for a "Soft Club".

 

What does he mean by this? Well, despite North Melbourne showing determination and a dogged resilience, it is rather shallow and there are still too many times where the team gets wiped and belted by a huge margin. This occasion was Fremantle's biggest win over North Melbourne as well as their biggest winning margin in their 31 year history. It was just a train wreck that was just kick in the guts after another. It was simply excruciating to watch and quite possibly the worst football game I have ever seen across all levels of Aussie rules football.

 

Now we should get on with it and talk about the food. Now given that it is at Hands Oval in Bunbury, the nature of this was very different. As there were loads of people the queues for food and beverages was rather painful. But I could only imagine that this was an improvement over what had happened last year, though last year there were about 2 thousand people fewer so that might have played a role.

 

The queue for come curried German sausage on a bed of loaded cheese fries and diced bacon took 30 minutes to get and once I had them they were pretty decent, very filling and all I needed. This was 21 dollars and while I would think it would be too much, the portion of this was suitable and kept me going throughout the unfolding train wreck of a match. My colleague had the stuffed baked potato and that was a smaller line and should have perhaps gone with that as it was a nacho and chilli con carne flavour and was at 18 dollars.

 

The beers were mid strength and of course that was a bit of a downer, but thats the way it goes and for 12 dollars a pop for Carlton Dry and Great Northern, that stings to the already disappointing match that was unfolding in front of my aging and tired eyes. Though what worked well for the beer line is that the queue to buy tickets for beer is long, but the line to queue up to collect drinks was one quarter the size of the mammoth line. So this was very fast and very efficient as they were ran by the SWFL clubs volunteering their time to dish out mid strength beers and drinks.

 

Despite the murder at the hands of Fremantle, it was not a bad day to get out there and to watch some football. It was just a shame that the result was just so utterly lop-sided and was not a good spectacle for trying to promote AFL games in Bunbury. Though hopefully they can bounce back next week against West Coast and hopefully next year when they're in Bunbury, they can do much better and even win. 

Collie Soars Over Eaton

Another outing at the South Western Football League, only this time my game is at the Collie Recreational Ground hosting Eaton in a round 9 clash on a bright, sunny and slightly warm winter conditions on a good day for football. Collie who have not had a great start to the season are entering the middle section of the season struggling to find some form and are searching for some much needed momentum to launch themselves towards a rather hopeful tilt at the finals come September. While Eaton are desperately looking for a win as they have not had an ideal start to the season. Any remote possibility of salvaging a potential tilt at a finals shot is slim but they're looking for anything to jump-start their season. Hopefully they can turn it around against a good showing in Collie. Though it will be a tough ask when Collie are in some impressive form that is showing some sparkle.

Collie had kept Eaton restricted with only two goals in the first quarter. But their inaccurate kicking in the first quarter would prove to be a foreshadowing of things to come for the Eagles. Eaton would just be giving the ball away with costly turnovers to really gift Collie the ascendancy with three goals in the quarter, though with seven points in the quarter, a highly frustrating quarter to watch. 

 

The second quarter was much the same with Collie dominating the midfield and pushing hard into their attacking forward 50. The only issues were just the careless turn-overs and the hopeful kicking up in hope which would result in some tense passages of play where Eaton looked threatening but were simply ineffectual to make an impact. Half time was 6.12-48 to 2.1-13, the inaccurate kicking was frustrating to say the least.

 

Third quarter was a continuation of the first half, though the issue was again with the accuracy. Collie could have easily put the game to bed in the first or even second quarter. Though at least they were moving forward and progressing while applying constant pressure on Eaton to not allow them to find any form of composure to try and mount any meaningful counter attack. The inaccurate kicking of Collie was the crack in the armor that could allow Eaton to sneak back into the game. Though at three quarter time the scores were 9.17-71 to 5.2-32.

 

The last quarter was just the same with more inaccuracies and just Eaton pushing forward and snagging occasional goals and remaining accurate with the low amount of points that were registered. Though this was shut down with Eaton only scoring 2 goals in the quarter with Collie kicking 4. However, the inaccuracies were again prevalent with four points kicked to finish with 13.21-99 to 7.2-44. Collie were in control, though their lack of accuracy was of high concern, especially when it comes to the bigger sides and against Busselton who they play next week.

 

Now to the food and drink. Well I had a hotdog and it was rather nice. It was a standard white bun with a sausage with some tomato sauce and perhaps I could have been rather decadent and added some mustard with it but I was just satisfied that I had a hotdog, compared to what happened the other game at Bunbury. The hotdog was 6 dollars with a coke that was 3 dollars. I think that these were reasonably priced though the hotdog could have been the 5 dollar mark.

                            

 

Later on in the game I decided to have a bucket of chips for 6 dollars and I had a Swan Draught for7 dollars. Was a middy size so, I could imagine that a pint would have been around 11 or 12 dollars on guessing. Then I finished with a can of Emu Export for 7 dollars. By then it was game over and time to head home. My first time watching some football in Collie and thought it was a good afternoon out. Looking forward to heading down there to watch some more football there during the season.

 

Bulldogs Keep Eagles Grounded

Was the ANZAC long weekend and what better way to spend the weekend than to be watching country football? Well, more specifically, to be watching another installment of Southwest Football League football in Bunbury. In Australia it is quintessentially Australian to have Australian Rules games played over the ANZAC long weekend and today was no different. Though this time I was not in Perth and was watching Collie play the much fancied and stronger Bunbury.

 

Collie was not ever in the contest with them trailing at every break against a far more dominant Bunbury. Bunbury simply was just too good as they would out-muscle Collie, out pace them and certainly were far more decisive when they had to make decisions to pass or kick to targets. Bunbury was simply able to hit their targets without having to fumble or be pressured. They seemed to always have hectares of space and were making leads and providing space for the back line and the midfield to see their targets up front and hot them with accuracy.

The saving grace for Collie was their accuracy, despite the heavy total being mounted against them by the Bulldogs. Collie had kicked 8 straight until the last quarter when they kicked another goal in addition to 4 points. Bunbury was simply never under any form of a threat, despite the accurate kicking from the eagles and Bunbury finished the game with a margin of 72 points. The final score being Bunbury 10 goals and ten points 20.10-130 to Collie’s 9 goals four points 9.4-58.

Now we should tackle the food situation as it was a bit of a disappointing affair. I must say that you would have to imagine that for the ANZAC long weekend crowd, you would have enough food for the decent crowd watching. You would think that you would have enough food for people wanting hot chips and hotdogs. You would imagine that if they wanted hamburgers that these would be available also.

Now I understand that there are times where team canteens do run out of stock on the day as they have not anticipated the rush of people to watch the game, or a rush on a particular item that has taken a particular fancy. However, this is the weekend where you know that there will be a fair amount of people in the area that will not be at work and will want to be doing something out of the house. Especially on such an important public holiday long weekend. 

It is just a shame as what I did have, and I will write about it in this article were not too bad. It is just that I was wanting the things that they were out of stock in and this was a massive let down. Given that it was not just me who was in attendance and they wanted to sample the hotdogs and the hot chips. So, I say to Bunbury that they need to make sure that the people in attendance should have access to some delicious hot food for much longer so they can therefore stick around longer and buy drinks at the bar and make more money for the club.

I ended up with a ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce sandwich and this was 8 dollars and for what it is worth is alright but not was what I was wanting. The other item that we resorted to was the burger. It was one of the last remaining at the canteen and the bread was a bit on the hard side of things, but it was rather tasty with lettuce, beetroot, tomato and a decent thick sized beef patty. This was also priced at around 10 dollars and was a decent size but again, it was not what we had wanted but certainly very filling. 

To accompany the food, we had cans of coke at 4 dollars each. This is on the high end for soft drink, but it was what they had wanted and the very few things that the little ones were overly happy with as they did have their hearts set on hotdogs and bountiful amounts of chips. However, despite the shortfalls of the food on offer it was another enjoyable time out in Bunbury to watch some SWFL football. The result may not be what I would have wanted for my adopted football team, but was a fun day out to watch some country football.

Australia Finally Warm Up Against Cameroon

Australia hosted Cameroon for the FIFA Series 2026 on a rather cool and breezy Sydney at the famous Sydney Olympic Stadium. The FIFA Series is a collection of miniature tournaments around the world with four countries in each group and they play against each other in a series of matches as a way for match fitness and experience before the upcoming World Cup. This is the second edition of the FIFA Series with Australia participating in it for the first time for the 2026 World Cup cycle. For this group Australia hosted Cameroon as I mentioned earlier for this match but also participating are China and Curacao. Australia will play Curacao in Melbourne a few days later than tonight's match and China not playing Australia. This means that one team will play two and not one of the 4 in total.

 

To start off the evening we had China play Curacao and then followed by Australia and Cameroon. I did not get to the earlier game due to my name of the blog being punctual and prompt. But we got there on time for the Australian game and thought i would take advantage of that nature and get some food and beverages to avoid having to get up during the game or leaving during half time to find food and fight the crowds.

 

I had a crispy spicy chicken burger followed by hot chips then we had chicken tenders and complimented with coke and water. The crispy chicken burger was not too bad as it did have a little bit of a tickle with spice. However, it was not what I was expecting and I would say that this left me feeling rather disappointed. So it was a very highly tamed Australian level of spice. Though the chicken was very tasty and was not too dry and a bit of juices still left within the chicken which brought out those flavours of the salts, peppers and some of the chili flavouring. The burger was on the steep side at 17 dollars. So based on how it tasted, I would argue that it would be about 4 to 5 dollars too high.

 

The chips were on point with the temperature, the crunchiness as well as how salted they were. You could bite in and feel the flavours of the salt, the textures of the crunchy outer layer as well as the soft and fluffy potato inside. The pricing for the chips were at 8.50 and while I thought this was reasonable, the serving of the chips were the issue here when trying to enjoy this. As if there were more chips in the box, then I would have said that it was simply a perfect way to treat yourself while watching the football. Especially on such a cooler evening with a bit of a chilly wind blowing through the stadium.
 

Lastly were the tenders and the beverages. The tenders were not too bad, with their batter rather crunchy but not too crunchy that you are simply biting and tasting batter only. The chicken was not too bad with a bit of the juices there but on the overdone side of things which gave it a slight bland taste to it. This was helped with the chili sauce that we ordered as well as some tomato sauce. Though I would have gone with something that was not tomato. But at four pieces of chicken tenders, and the size of the tenders being of a reasonable size, the price of them compared to their size and portion was on the cusp of being too much.

The drinks were 7 dollars and the water was the same price. Then followed up by a drumstick and that was 6.50 and that was not too bad but again, slightly overpriced. However, you get that kind of a price for ice cream at delicatessens and petrol stations. While it was rather chilly weather for an ice cream, it weirdly hit the spot. I think this was due to so much savoury things that I have had that I needed something sweeter to contrast what I had eaten.

 

Now to talk about the football itself. This occasion I have decided to talk about the food first, rather than the sport first. Which is something that I have not done for quite a rather long time on this blog. Now I have explained the nature of this match and it is akin to the SBS Optus World Series that was ran in the late 1990s and I did not mind that at all as it gave the then Oceania based Socceroos much needed match experience as being in Oceania, they hardly played solid opposition as well on a regular basis. However, now that Australia are in Asia, this is now fixed and there are regular and good quality opposition. This essentially rules out the need to actually have friendly matches and they have been few and far between, compared to the times of old.

 

I say this as it sets the tone for how both teams played the match, but more specifically, how Australia played for most of the match. The Australians were never in full control as they just were not pressing the Cameroonians to put them under any pressure, nor any form of trouble. The Socceroos always seemed to just be in first gear or second gear and just not moving into the spaces needed to provide dangerous options for the defence and midfield to target to try and strike on goal. The visitors were playing similarly, the difference was that they were actually playing better at this low intensity style of play than Australia.

 

This started to shift in the last 20 to 25 minutes of play in the second half as the first half was a nil-all affair. With a few substitutions and fresh legs on the park, it looked like the new additions onto the field had shifted the tempo how Australia was going to play. This and also the shift in managerial attitude by Popovic I assume had instructed the new substitutions to make an impact and to press the visitors and to ramp up the tempo of the match.

 

This meant that Australia were now playing with purpose. They were chasing the ball down quicker, moving the ball around quicker, switching play quicker, pressing with more intent and looking for targets to strike with venom and with clear focus. Their transitioning from defence and into midfield to launch counters and to try and probe the Cameroonian defence was with vigor and needed vitality. This was lacking in the first half and the first half of the second.

 

 

Australia were going in to challenges with purpose and treating it now for points and would then wrestle the ball away from the opposition and would result in Australia scoring in the 81st minute. However, there was a penalty that was granted by the VAR but was saved by the valiant Cameroonian keeper. The take was dreadfully poor and was stuttered and predictable. It was just a shame that it was wasted and a concern if we are playing in the world cup just around the corner. 

  

Australia had taken control of the match and had ended the game as 1-0 winners to kick off their FIFA series with a win and with one more game to play in a few days time in Melbourne. While it was an interesting experience again to watch Australia in Sydney, the prices of the food were on the high side and would be costly for a family. Better to save the money and eat elsewhere, despite the food being not too bad on offer at Sydney Olympic Park. Looking forward to my next Socceroos match for another day. 

Hawks Manage to Soar Against Eaton

I have not watched South West Football League football for quite some time. So to return due to my work being closer to this competition means that I will be watching more of it during the season. Though I will try and watch some football (soccer) as best as I can, quality football in country Western Australia is tricky to come by, no offense there. So this is the opening round, round 1 of the league and five teams had the bye, so the closest game to me was Eaton. Eaton were hosting Augusta-Margaret River and it was an interesting game to watch for the neutral.

 

The ground is slightly challenging to get to as the shopping centre next door, Eaton Fair, are experiencing renovations and expansion. While this will be very cool as they are developing it into a town centre of sorts, well, in the Western Australian flavour, which isn't a town centre, just more shops and just apartments to give a town centre vibe with narrow streets. However, I digress and have gone off topic with my ranting about poor town centre development in Western Australia. But the normal ways to get in are closed off and you essentially have to park in the shopping centre. Which is not too bad as the walk is not very far. Though was a little bit confusing that you cannot walk into the club-rooms as you have to go around to the far northern gate with no signage. 

 

However, I made it in and was able to watch some SWFL finally. I should of course get to it and start talking about the game then. Eaton were in control in the first quarter and lead with a narrow margin of just five points. They did not feel like they had the upper hand in the opening quarter but they did continue to maintain a lead at half time, though this time it was four points. Their grip on the game and the lead was highly tenuous and flimsy, the visitors were just starting to find their groove and rhythm and started to take control of the game in the third quarter. Augusta-Margaret River started to simply out-pace the hosts and were just simply quicker to switch across the park, their hand passing was just quicker and sharper. Their kicking was accurate and able to hit their targets, rather than bomb it into a space and hope that it nailed a target. The hawks had players running into spaces and creating targets for them to simply mark and take multiple set shots and wrestle the lead away and hold onto it. They were 19 points up at the final break.

 

In the last quarter there was a bit of a spirited fightback from Eaton. However, Augusta-Margaret River maintained their domination of the match and were simply too quick and had more pace compared to Eaton. Eaton had simply ran out of petrol, given that petrol is rather expensive in this current time period of the Iranian-Israel drama, not having petrol is vital  and Eaton had run out! With jokes and sarcasm aside, Augusta-Margaret River just strengthened their grip on the game and simply continued their high quality performance against the hosts to run home 13 point winners.

 

Despite winning by less than two kicks, it did not look like that Eaton were ever going to retake the lead and take control of the game. It always felt that they were playing a continual match of catch-up and it wasn't going to work for them given that they were slower across the ground and simply not hitting their targets. Now on-wards with some food and drink.

I had an Emu Export and that was 7 dollars with a hotdog being 8 dollars. I had a can of coke which was 4 dollars and I think for country football, these are decent prices though compared to what should be a good price, I am arguing that the food is perhaps 2-3 dollars over-priced. However, like I said, this is country football and sadly prices have gone up everywhere and while prices for food are not going to reverse, I will still have my say and just move on with that. The hotdog hit the mark and on a warm day at Eaton, having an ice-cold Emu Export with it hit the spot nicely. Especially after a long week at work and not having a refreshing beverage of this variety for a little while is always welcomed.

 

Speaking of welcoming, it was nice to be here at Eaton Recreation Centre and I will probably be making a return at some point as I am more in the area these days. So we will just have to see, hopefully North Melbourne win tomorrow. Though fingers crossed!

Sluggish Muangthong Cut Down By Ayutthaya

I was lucky enough to be able to see two Thai First League matches while I was in Bangkok. I do not spend much time in Thailand, let alone to watch two games. I was lucky as the looming Chinese New Year break was fast approaching and meaning that there would be no football for 2 weeks and while I would be on holiday, a shame that I would not be able to watch any matches. Therefore, to have the chance to watch as many as I could in Thailand, I would do my darnedest to do so. With that out of the way I should start talking about the match shall I?

Muangthong United's home ground is not too far from where I was staying in Bangkok and I was going to take the metro and monorail to the stadium. But this would take too long and therefore, I opted to signal for a Bolt to get me to the ground as it would have been quicker and more direct. This was the case and it only took me 30 minutes, rather than one and a half hours to get there. I made it and got lost to finding where the ticket booth was and where to get into the ground. 

 

Once I did make it into the ground it was rather straight forward to finding a seat and making my port of call while I watched the match between one of the bigger teams in the league, and a team I honestly have not heard much about. However, on the table in the Thai First League, the visitors were doing much better than Muangthong. Who were languishing towards the bottom half of the table, which is not a good look for a historically big club and for their supporters.

 

Muangthong simply never were able to find a rhythm and were constantly looking unsettled and just rather disjointed. There were brief glimmers of play for perhaps two or four minutes where they looked to finally find their groove and settle in the patterns and formations that they were looking for. However, Ayutthaya simply were moving the ball around too fast, with their formations being tight and able to switch around the park to counter any push that Muangthong tried to conjure up to throw at the visitors.

 

The score at halftime was nil-all and while that showed the home side showing some form of grit and determination, the scoreline was highly flattering and did not show how attacking Ayutthaya were and how they missed many opportunities to open the scoring. Though this would change in the 56th minute with Kitsana Kasemkulwirai breaking the deadlock and opening the scoring for the visitors and the match.

 

This would be the only goal for the match as Muangthong simply could not find a breakthrough at Thunderdome Stadium and just looked completely sluggish and out of sorts to try and find that vital equaliser to keep them afloat in the Thai First League. The match finished 1-0 to the visitors and leaving Muangthong reeling with their fourth consecutive home loss. Pushing them closer towards the bottom of the pile and towards relegation. Ayutthaya pushed up to challenge the top half of the table with them now sitting in and around 7th position.

 

So on-wards with the food and drink I guess dear viewers, it was similar to PAT Stadium, but there are some slight differences and of course I will highlight them here in this entry. Once again I had meat on sticks, this time they were pork and beef with some chicken. Some of them had cheese in them and they were rather delicious with a beet while watching the game. The beer was 500mL and 75 baht and the meat on skewers were between 20 and 50 baht and had two cups full. While sadly I only ate one cup full as it was a lot of food and I did get full. A shame but was delicious.

 

The vendors are just outside of the stands and for the Thunderdome Stadium, they are inside the complex compared to PAT stadium where they are outside of the complex. Though all in all it was a great viewing experience and the food was great. I did have a Coke for 50 Baht and was the same volume as the beer which was Leo. Both beverages went down smooth on a warm, balmy evening to watch football. Hopefully I can do this again sometime as Thailand is fun and I should give it more time as I barely have spent any time here when I visit. That should change. Signing off for another adventure. 

ผมโชคดีมากที่ได้ดูฟุตบอลไทยลีก 1 สองนัดขณะที่ผมอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ ผมไม่ได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ในประเทศไทยนานนัก ยิ่งไม่ต้องพูดถึงการได้ดูสองเกมเลย ผมโชคดีเพราะช่วงตรุษจีนกำลังจะมาถึง ซึ่งหมายความว่าจะไม่มีฟุตบอลให้ดูเป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ และในขณะที่ผมกำลังพักผ่อนอยู่นั้น เป็นเรื่องน่าเสียดายที่ผมจะไม่ได้ดูการแข่งขันใดๆ เลย ดังนั้น เพื่อให้มีโอกาสได้ดูฟุตบอลมากที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ในประเทศไทย ผมจึงพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ เอาล่ะ มาเริ่มพูดถึงการแข่งขันกันเลยดีกว่าใช่ไหมครับ?

สนามเหย้าของเมืองทอง ยูไนเต็ด อยู่ไม่ไกลจากที่พักของผมในกรุงเทพฯ และผมตั้งใจจะนั่งรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินและโมโนเรลไปสนาม แต่ว่ามันใช้เวลานานเกินไป ดังนั้นผมจึงเลือกที่จะโบกเรียกรถเมล์ Bolt เพื่อไปสนาม เพราะมันจะเร็วกว่าและตรงกว่า ซึ่งก็เป็นอย่างนั้นจริงๆ และผมใช้เวลาเพียง 30 นาทีเท่านั้น แทนที่จะเป็นหนึ่งชั่วโมงครึ่ง ผมไปถึงแล้วก็หลงทางในการหาบูธขายตั๋วและทางเข้าสนาม

เมื่อผมเข้าไปในสนามได้แล้ว การหาที่นั่งและไปดูเกมระหว่างทีมใหญ่ทีมหนึ่งในลีกกับทีมที่ผมไม่ค่อยได้ยินชื่อมาก่อนนั้นค่อนข้างง่าย อย่างไรก็ตาม ในตารางคะแนนไทยเฟิร์สต์ลีก ทีมเยือนทำผลงานได้ดีกว่าเมืองทองมาก ซึ่งเมืองทองกำลังรั้งท้ายตาราง ซึ่งไม่ใช่เรื่องดีเลยสำหรับสโมสรใหญ่ที่มีประวัติศาสตร์ยาวนานและสำหรับแฟนบอลของพวกเขา

เมืองทองไม่สามารถหาจังหวะการเล่นที่ลงตัวได้เลย และดูไม่ค่อยเข้าที่เข้าทาง มีช่วงเวลาสั้นๆ ประมาณสองถึงสี่นาทีที่พวกเขาดูเหมือนจะหาจังหวะและวางแผนการเล่นได้ตามที่ต้องการ แต่อยุธยาเคลื่อนบอลไปมาได้เร็วมาก ด้วยรูปแบบการเล่นที่กระชับและสามารถสลับตำแหน่งไปมาเพื่อตอบโต้การบุกของเมืองทองได้ทุกครั้ง

ร้านขายอาหารจะอยู่ด้านนอกอัฒจันทร์ ส่วนสนาม Thunderdome Stadium นั้น ร้านขายอาหารจะอยู่ภายในบริเวณสนาม ต่างจากสนาม PAT Stadium ที่อยู่ด้านนอก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์การดูเกมที่ยอดเยี่ยม และอาหารก็อร่อย ฉันสั่งโค้กราคา 50 บาท ปริมาณเท่ากับเบียร์ช้างเลย ทั้งสองอย่างดื่มง่าย เหมาะกับค่ำคืนที่อบอุ่นสบายๆ สำหรับการดูฟุตบอลค่ะ หวังว่าสักวันจะได้มาทำแบบนี้อีก เพราะประเทศไทยสนุกมาก และฉันควรให้เวลากับที่นี่มากกว่านี้ เพราะตอนที่มาเที่ยวแต่ละครั้ง ฉันแทบไม่ได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ที่นี่เลย คงต้องเปลี่ยนแล้วล่ะ ขอตัวไปผจญภัยครั้งใหม่ก่อนนะ
